FUTURE TENSE – WILL or GOING TO

FUTURE TENSE

WILL  and GOING TO

UNDERLINE THE FUTURE SENTENCES (Going to /future)

My friend and I are going to  go to Kayseri this summer. We made that plan two days ago.I will take my mother’s and father’s tickets now.We are going to visit some of our relatives there. We are going to have a short trip in Kayseri.I will prepare my baggage in two minutes time and we are going to be ready to our trip.

REMEMBER

We use will when we make an immediate decision about future events (Gelecek hakkında bulunduğumuz verdiğimiz kararlarda –will – kullanırız)

-I will prepare my baggage in two minutes time.

-mother:Please, go to your bed and sleep.

Son:I will brush my teeth.

We use –going to—when we talk about planned actions.
