Free Online Courses

I would like to begin by writing about a research by Knewton Research Company. According to the survey, the proportion of those who prefer learning courses (using internet tools in the classroom) will have reached 98 percent by the end of the year 2020. 96 percent of US universities require at least one course to be seen in a virtual classroom. It is also important to have at least one of the students who completed their education at least one course online in the last year. I would like to talk about a concept that has entered the online education system for the last few years. This shows the bright future of Free Online Courses.

The name of this concept is MOOC. ”MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses) is defined as the future of university education in the United States“. The lessons given through this system are really mass-produced, millions of people from all over the world can take the same course and discuss the same course and share files via the same course.

What’s more, they can complete projects and assignments in a universal structure with students from all over the world. In this way, they can interact with many individuals and different working methods can meet different perspectives and different technologies. This allows individuals to have a very large network.

There is no credit or note system in the MOOC system. Everything on MOOC depends on us. Have I learned? Did I really understand? Did I really get what the lessons I got? We give ourselves the answer to questions like in real life, just like in real life. This is a very realistic approach for individuals who really want to learn and continue their lifelong education.

There are many entrepreneurial organizations in the world that open a Free Online Courses. Some of these organizations: Coursera, Udacity, Udemy, Edx., Open2Study, Complexity Explorer, Futurelearn, KhanAcademy, CodeAcademy.

In addition to these organizations, many university courses are published as MOOC. Some of these universities: Stanford, MIT, Harvard, Berkeley, Duke (for the entire list: MOOC college list)

The institutions mentioned above provide international certificates with qualified education. When individuals receive these certificates, they can open their doors to the universities at the international level and interact with the lecturers of these universities. To give an example, in the Coursera system there are several courses in many languages for the professional development of prospective teachers. Of course, it’s just Coursera. More similar courses are available in the above systems. Being within such a system informs us about the international education system and the different methods and technologies used in these systems.

Although there is such a comprehensive system, there are no economic points of the vast majority of the systems I mentioned above. And the institutions that have economic lending, such as Open2Study, offer a lot of free training for their users in addition to the training they provide in very small amounts.

In this way, it is possible to provide education without any limitation to individuals of all ages who wish to receive lifelong education. Because of such a system, day by day continues to increase the attractiveness of Free Online Courses.
